About Our Curriculum
The Korea Black Belt Center’s curriculum starts with Taekwondo as the foundation and then integrates other martial arts.
The reasons for this approach are clear:
1. In self-defense, the distance determines the technique used, and kicks are usually the first to be applied.
2. Taekwondo, which involves kicking and dynamic movements, helps prepare the body by improving muscle strength and reducing stress. This is particularly beneficial for the growth of children and teenagers.
3. Practicing Taekwondo first enhances the ability to perform other martial arts techniques effectively, providing a solid foundation in self-defense skills.
4. Training in serious self-defense builds confidence and increases self-esteem, which is beneficial in social situations.
Through this comprehensive training process, students will gain many insights and skills.
At the Korea Black Belt Center, students can earn certifications in Taekwondo, Karate, Judo, and K.S. JUJITSU.
